To make a reservation, we ask you to call to our telephone office (52) (755) 10 30 019. We cannot guarantee any lodging to persons not having previous reservation.
To confirm a reservation please take note that we ask a 50% deposit. If for any reason, such a deposit does not take place in the agreed date the corresponding reservation can will be cancelled or postponed to the new current rate date and always subject to availability.
Cancellations can be made by the guest at any time if there is not deposit. If deposit or lodging payments do not take place on the agreed dates, the reservation will be cancelled. The hotel does not refund deposits already made, but they do accept a reservation change of date, provided that room availability exists on the new date and on the current rate at that time.
In case of special seasons (Christmas, New year, Holy week and Easter) we do not accept either cancellations or reservation date changes. When a guest has been already registered, there are charges for unforeseen departures for a minimum of one night.
To guarantee reservations, bank deposits must be made in cash, on the agreed date the reservation was made. The balance of the reservation must be paid at the time the guest is being registered at the desk hotel (If the guest comes through a travel agency or a promoter, such a balance is to be paid before.) The final payment at the hotel can be made with VISA credit card, or cash, US dollars or local currency. |
